1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary information, assets, and access required for service execution.

  • Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays.

  • Ensure all provided content (logos, text, media) is legally owned or properly licensed.

2. Payments

  • Payments are due upon receipt of an invoice or as otherwise specified in the project agreement.

  • For subscription-based or recurring services, payments are due monthly unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

3. Revisions and Approvals

  • Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions based on the project scope.

  • Final approval must be provided in writing before project completion and deployment.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of project completion if Disconut Hub has not fulfilled agreed-upon deliverables. See our full Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of all original content they provide.

  • Disconut Hub retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to completed work will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All information and data shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Disconut Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising shall be handled in the appropriate jurisdictional courts.

10. Modifications to Terms
